Superb show to say the least. First and for most the crew would like to thank Hoyt for being a real trooper and playing through both shows despite the sickness that still lingers. The crew would also like to thank the wonderful staff of Gillette Stadium for making the show such a success. The band ripped through a intense two hour packed set on a gorgeous Saturday afternoon. Some older songs have made their way back into the set such as "Introductions" and "Lover Inside". The guys played a nice extended version of "Redemption Road" with a killer jam at the end. Nate let everyone know that while he can play the harmonica and sing, he also plays a pretty mean slide guitar. Not to shabby. During Hoyts drum solo, Matthew Rutler left the stage and ran to almost to the top of the venue stairs because he wanted to hear how the sound was and take a picture for himself. Despite the long haul up and down the cement stairs he made it back with his band mates to finish the song and set.
The crowd loved every minute. Across the way at the restaurant called "CBS Scene" people sitting outside were clapping and cheering as they had lunch. We all are extremely excited to return to Gillette Stadium on November 30th to play for the Patriots VS Steelers game. Until then everyone take care.
Cheers,
NMB Road Crew
